We require all customers that do not have a current project plan to first have a paid Strategy Call. You can book that HERE
Schedule your Quick Win kickoff and delivery calls 1 week apart
Kickoff morning have a 60 minute kickoff call. This is where you'll give us access to your project management platform and any tools that need to be integrated. (Slack, Google, etc)
Be available during normal business hours by email or Chat for any pressing questions or needs. We'll get everything documented with one mid-week check-in.
On delivery day, we'll have a video meet for the walkthrough, delivery of Loom training, documentation, links, instructions for any necessary tech needs, best practices for change management/roll out, and recommendations for keeping your new documents up-to-date.
